An attester signs a one-time message certifying your address belongs to a real, unique human. You submit the signature on chain and mint a soulbound badge that can never be transferred.
02 · TRADE FLOWS IN
the pool collects fees
Every sell on the cerebral v4 pool routes 3% of the eth output into the neural pool. The pool is a smart-contract treasury that anyone can fund and nobody can withdraw from arbitrarily.
03 · SHARE PER HEAD
equal distribution
The pool splits every incoming wei equally across all verified humans, regardless of CRB holdings. A wallet with 1 token gets the same share as a wallet with 100 million. Inclusive global finance, working as advertised.
